Yes, I most definitely still use udenafil, it's my #1 ED treatment.

I can't really say if it's better than Viagra, everyone is different and reactions to these drugs vary a lot.

Looks like some version of this is already being sold here: https://www.woodlandhillspharmacy.com/c ... sfunction/

I ended up getting my hands on some Rectiv cream which is Nitroglycerin 0.4% - I rubbed some on the base, underside, and head of my penis and it didn't do much. The directions in the above link suggest applying to the tip of the penis, but I'm a little hesitant to go through with that...

Remember, the key of MED3000 is “DermaSys” (novel evaporative action stimulates nerve sensors in the highly innervated glans penis through temperature, touch and pressure).

Also, a gel with nitroglycerin or viagra will do nothing if the mechanism that takes it to destination not work properly. The way gel is absorbed is very important.

I waited years and years for some kind of Gel for ED. Delays upon more delays. Finally just got a inplant in December. Should have done it years ago instead of waiting for this magical Gel

I use Caverject + pills combo. I see Med3000 as an option to be used with pills. Or maybe injection + MED3000 combo. I don't believe that only MED3000 would work for me with venous leak.

Menarini Korea to introduce gel-type erectile dysfunction treatment

According to the industry sources on Tuesday, Futura Medical, a U.K.-based pharmaceutical company, signed an exclusive license agreement with Menarini Korea for commercializing MED3000, a gel-type erectile dysfunction drug candidate, in Korea.

Under the accord, Futura Medical will support the commercialization of MED3000 in Korea, and receives royalties for manufacturing and supplying MED3000, including a down payment.

In a clinical study, 60 percent of subjects had an erection effect within 10 minutes. In phase 3 clinical trial conducted with 1,000 people at 60 institutions in eight European countries, the company confirmed statistical significance in primary indicators such as the International Index of Erectile Function – Erectile Function (IIEF-EF), erection success rate (sexual encounter profile question 2), and erection maintenance and sex success rate (sexual encounter profile question 3)

MED3000 obtained CE mark approval as a medical device available without a doctor's prescription in Europe in April 2021.

The company is also conducting a phase 3 clinical trial in the U.S., participated by 100 subjects, which aims to compare the efficacy of MED3000 to the reference drug (tadalafil 5mg).

Futura Medical aims to complete the trial by the second quarter.

Futura literally removed the active ingredient because it didn’t outperform the placebo gel in trials. They said in one of their updates to stockholders that they can then market it as a medical device because there’s no active drug in there, which makes regulatory approval easier. It’s pure placebo effect

The European Union and its agencies love red tape and pointless bureaucracy, I wouldn't be surprised if this were the reason for the delay.
