It will be indicated for venous leak? As far as I know, this drug will function exactly like any other PDE5, but with less side effects.
Is there a chance that a gel put on the glans can affect DIRECTLY the veno-occlusive system?
I don't think so.

densal07 wrote:@TwoStep so that means that Eroxon does not contain any ED-focused ingredient? Isn't this against the (relatively new) article I posted? Can you source this information?

The article you linked states it like this:
“there’s no active ingredient listed in the study, with no mention of nitroglycerin. Instead, Futura states that as the gel evaporates, it creates a cooling, then warming action that stimulates the glans of the penis, relaxing smooth muscles and increasing blood flow.”

A representative from Futura says it himself in one of the investor videos on YouTube. They found that the active ingredient (nitroglycerin) didn’t make a difference. So they’re basically selling a gel to tickle the skin

EU approvement is really delayed.

This med is the new hope because is a different method. Unlike vascular things (PDE5i, NO) this novel evaporative action stimulates nerve sensors in the highly innervated glans penis through temperature, touch and pressure.

I don't get it.

Futura Medical calls it their 'lead product' and they have signed licensing contracts in Asia, Mexico and everywhere else but we're in 2022 and still nothing for sale!

A 2021 article from Men's Health magazine that mentions the new gel:

Hey Flavio. Thanks for the read. It says it was just effective for about 25% of men right?

The article is not very clear, they mention a 'significant' improvement - it doesn't mean the remaining 75% were completely ineffective.
