From the website of Futura Medical:

MED3000 is currently not available for purchase.

On Friday 30th April the Company announced that it has now received its MDR EU Quality Management Certificate for the placing on the market of a Class II(b) medical device known as MED3000 (“CE mark approval”). The approval of MED3000 from the EU Notified Body paves the way for rapid approval in many countries around the world, including in the Middle East, Africa, the Far East and Latin American regions which allow “fast-track” review based on recognition of the EU CE mark. Due to post-Brexit arrangements, the EU CE mark can be used to market the product in Great Britain until 30 June 2023 by which time a specific UKCA mark has to be obtained. This will be a streamlined process since it is understood the UK application can bridge to the EU approval.

Futura is also in discussions to out-license the marketing and distribution rights of MED3000 for the UK, as well as other countries and once agreed all distribution will be handled by them.

Maybe this thing will finally become a "thing" :D

Keep us updated, Flavio!
39 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

How is it with an ingredient of this gel? Based on the following article:

https://www.edrugstore.com/blog/erectil ... ope/?amp=1

published in July this year, it's main ingredient seems to be nitroglycerin. That, according to Healthline, 1) widens blood vessels to help with blood flow (which, in other words, helps with getting erection) and 2) relaxes penile smooth muscle, which in turn compresses penile veins and impedes blood flow out of the penis, which causes rigidity (which, in other words, helps with keeping erection).

Is nitroglycerin indeed an ingredient of Eroxon? Some posts earlier in this thread seems to be denying that there is a unique ingredient in it, but some articles (new and published after Phase 3 of its testing) are still confirming that nitroglycerin is present.

Also, in case it was not there, isn't there a chance that similar products (e.g. gels) will be developed in the future? There seems to be some advance in finding nitroglycerin's use for treating ED, while the only limitation is waiting for the approval.

The drug didn’t outperform placebo so they decided to market the placebo as a medical device. Patients are presumably getting some reflex erection from rubbing (a gel onto) their penis. Highly unlikely that the product does anything real

@TwoStep so that means that Eroxon does not contain any ED-focused ingredient? Isn't this against the (relatively new) article I posted? Can you source this information?
