Anyone do daily cialis long term?

So long story short along with all my other issues from stopping my antidepressant a year and a half ago I have uncomfortable and embarrassing flaccid shrinkage. It does not hang like it normally would. It’s like my pelvic area is tight and drawn up. I think it could be a form of hard flaccid I have read about. Cialis temporarily allows it to hang back to normal and ofcourse helps with sex as well which Ed has been a problem this last year as well going through all this. I am considering doing a daily dose of cialis to see if I can rid of this problem. I realize tolerance is a real thing with pde5s so I am hoping to get some feedback that took these daily and for how long. Thanks guys!

I take 5mg daily! But I am sorry! I do not know what question you are asking! Are you asking if by me taking the daily Cialis..is my flaccid size larger! Do I hang longer..appear more fuller? Happy to!answer any question when I know what you are asking! I apologize if I am just too dumb to understand your post!

Thanks

Sorry for the confusion. I definitely hang normal with it. I’m asking for how long have some used cialis daily and if you have noticed tolerance to it long term using it daily. What dose?

I've only been on a daily Cialis 5mg "mainitenance" dose now for about 5 weeks, not really long-term, at Uro suggestion, but have noticed good improvements. I am waking with solid PM/AM tumescence 2-3 times a night, can summon a 90% erectionr with far less effort, and am getting better at sex without injections. No, not 18 y/o throbbing boner in any position but just fine for wife, and I reserve a small injection for a good hard finish if she needs it. First time today with no chaser shot and she was whipped after 1:20 with no injection. There is a much longer post in this folder on what I've been doing. Glad to have injections as a backup but making some progress on penile rehab I think/hope. And yes due to all of this I am hanging flaccid much better. See this: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=15485

I have been taking Tadalafil (Cialis) daily for about 15 months. Sometimes during the week I miss a dose as it does build up in the system due its very long half life. Of all the things I have tried this has given the most benefit. I have regular strong nightly erections, always wake with one. When my penis is flaccid during the day it looks full and healthy. Sensitivity in the glans has also improved.
Before using Cialis in this way, with a higher dosage for just "on demand" use, sexual sensitivity was reduced in the glans. Now I find that using a low dose all the time the reverse has occurred. Semen levels have also increased. I have had no tolerance to the drug as yet.
Be careful where you get your generic tadalafil from. The Indian online pharmacy versions did not work well for me. Any online drug suppliers that do not need a prescription should be avoided.

@Simbarn - indeed as I mentioned elsewhere, my amount of seminal vesicle fluid (70% of a load) has drastically increased. We no longer need any lube. Nothing from the testes (vasectomy) and nothing from the prostate unfortunately (DE).

I have been on 5mg of cialis daily for about 4 years for prostate health and have not noticed any effects as far as my cock or sex goes.

I have noticed that since I started on trimix, about 2 years ago now, my cock has more girth, no change in length. Also, and I don't know if trimix has anything to do with it, but my scrotum seems to be larger (roundness) rather than just hanging down. It does shrink after injecting trimix and my cock starts to become erect.

I've been using tadalafil (generic Cialis) daily at a dose of 4 mg. That is a reduction from 5 mg that happened when I went to a generic. Not sure why the pharmacy did that. I'm wondering if there is an option for my current urologist writing a script for a larger daily dose. Do any of you have experience with what might be larger doses of tadalfil daily?

The sensation of tightness in the pelvic area is one I've experienced. It's a feeling that is uncomfortable and seems to block pleasant sensations and bocks the erectile process. When it begin it can stay around for months. I've wondered if it may have been due to bph. Recently started on an alpha blocker to reduce the size of the prostate. It's taking effect and now I don't need to pee every few minutes. And the pelvic tightness has disappeared.

And in two weeks I will officially become one of the "fuel injected."
