New user here wanting some help with VL

Postby john38 » Wed Sep 16, 2020 10:08 am

I’m 38 and have had ED for around a year and a half. Went to a urologist when the problem started and was put on cialis. Cialis didn’t work so then I was put on viagra. Viagra worked well but lost effectiveness over time. Finally had a Doppler and it showed venous leak. Currently I have no other health problems, cholesterol levels ok, testosterone was fine ect. I am not over weight, no diabetes ect.

Now the viagra isn’t working and the doctor wants to go to trimix. I tried my first dose 30units Monday and it worked great. Almost to great to the point i started to worry. I would rather not do injections personally and have been reading some forums here. Can someone please chime in and discuss the many questions I have?

First a user in here mentioned Daflon. What is daflon and has anyone really tried it for venous leak with success? Also where can you get Daflon in the US?

Can anyone chime in regarding spedra or stendra? Maybe your experience and where to buy it without breaking the bank.

Anyone ever combine cialis and viagra? I seen a company overseas making a combination pull of both that was advertised as being very effective. Anyone try low dose cialis daily and take viagra as needed?

Has anyone tried taking viagra daily at night I seen a few publications about it and was wondering if it worked?

Has anyone had prp with stem cells? There is a place by me that offers this but is it just a scam? Price tag is $4000 and it’s not guaranteed to work.

My urologist called prp and gained wave a scam I have read some studies where it seemed to work for others though and it still leaves me interested. Anyone care to chime in regarding positive experiences with shock wave therapy.

Lastly, anyone try any herbal remedies for VL that seem effective?

Thank you for any advice! I greatly appreciate it

Try increasing the dosage of the pde5i.

E.g. 5mg tada daily and sildenafil on demand.

I have a strong vl and take 20mg tada daily , on demand sildenafil and use injections as wel

I agree with the low dose daily cialis and on-demand viagra. That’s what I do for my VL. Once you get going you may find a cock ring (silicone or other flexible ring, not metal) helpful to keep the blood where it’s supposed to be.

Don’t waste your money on PRP or stem cell injections for ED, that is a scam.

Thanks for the info so far guys. I’m going to try cialis daily and Sildenafil as needed to see if this works. This is a horrible problem to have at any age. This last year has been a struggle to say the least.

I’ve tried some supplements without any luck and keep watching for new clinical trials. The stem cell deal has had a couple of trials with positive results. I even looked into caverstem but the high price tag without a guarantee steers me away. Injections seem to work great for me but it definitely Is a process and not very spontaneous at all.

My supplements are:

l-Citrulline and taurine.

Taurine helps against potential scarring of the injectionsnand citrulline as a no donor.

I am thinking about tryingncaverstem as wellnbefore I use the implant.

Mr. Skin please post results if you do try caverstem. I first read about it on here and have since looked it up. Minimal clinical trials but it could be worth a shot. There are no local providers to me but I did contact a place that did Gaineswave and prp. I eventually chatted with the doctor there and went over my problem with him. He actually offered up prp with stem cells and said the stem cells would be new stem cells not my own. He said using your own stem cells wasn’t as good. I tried researching this and haven’t found any information on it related to ED. The doctor was very nice and didn’t really pressure me at all. He seemed knowledgeable but I had some concerns. My concerns were this place wasn’t real knowledgeable about venous leak until I actually spoke with the doctor. Then using donor stem cells which he called day zero stem cells. It all sounded to good to be true.

And the other thing which actually helped me were kegels - strengthenjng my pc muscle.

As it compresses the veins when enlarged it is the only thing which actually wora on the venous side of things.

I used an app called Pelvic floor exercises (and still use it) for the time intervals and consistency but you can just google some routines online. The app helped me to stay consistent though.
