so im stuck with a failed implant(2nd failure). im confused at what to do at this point. if i do decide to try surgery again i will get a malleable implant. even if it dosent look as real or work as good as a inflatable(which neither inflatable i had worked great for me ) . in the mean time i ordered a set of rings made by a company called loop. the smallest ring almost makes a erection i can use. the inside diameter is 0.7. does anyone know of a ring i can buy that has a smaller inside diameter and that is well made? want to find just a ring style not the type with flaps on it. and hopefully affordable.

had ams lgx implanted 2010. broke after 3 years. think it was faulty at the start. had titan implanted 2018 . have poor results so far. both done by dr. milam. i believe my anatomy is at fault. i think surgeon did all he could with what i had.
