Start small at 6mm. This one is metal and is 8 inches ...I am not...lol

It will arrive next week and my *ock will be happy.

The Chain Gang .com is a site to start. Good quality stuff.
Start out small 5-7mm (15 to 20 French). And smooth!
Follow STRICT sterilization of all sounds that penetrate more the 1 1/2" (4 cm)
Sounds can be very pleasurable.
DON'T get too big too soon, and don't "over" pump your implant.

Buy only medical grade stainless sounds. Sterilization before insertion is paramount. Start small and work your way up, slowly. I preferred "Hegar" S shaped sounds over the straight ones. I always used Surgilube because it comes in single use packets and is medical grade and sterile. There are a lot of good resources online. It's an incredible experience, go slow and enjoy. It feels like masturbating from the inside out.
