I have a friend that uses Kamagra oral jelly and swears by it. It's made in India. I have no idea of what kind of regulations/testing they require medical manufacturers to go through so I won't try it.

Never heard of this drug, but I've always wondered what side effects come from any drug we put into our body. Some drugs seem to have zero side effects until years later and lots of use.
On the other question, I would definitely discuss the issue with your girlfriend. Unfortunately with age things will only continue to decline. If you get to the point that you can't get an erection that could be a huge bomb in your relationship if she is not aware. Good luck.

The "Kamagra Super" site shows a Kamagra box with "sildenafil" in English. This is generic Viagra. It's quite cheap in USA. I use it with Trimix. I'm glad it's working for you. Viagra stopped working for me at age 70 so I added Trimix and now all is well. That could be your future too. Best wishes.
Age 78 in 2023. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
