Who else here is using Misoprostol as a better alternative to injections and pills?

I have tried it, and I think it somewhat works. I thought I saw improvement on duration of erection. It seemed to linger on a little longer.

I'm still learning how to do it properly if that applies. :geek:

question, what is misoprostol for and why should it improve erections? it's not a pde5
56, ED since 2010, pills work but not always and well, trt in progress improved but not so much, myocardial infarction january 2016, new stent september 2016, hypertension, venous on 1/23/23 titan one touch 22, no rte dottor Gabriele Antonini Italia

As a Prostaglandin E1 and vasodilator it has many uses, and is very similar to alprostadil.

is it taken together with viagra or alone without viagra, is its effect better than viagra by taking it alone?

I don't know if you can or would want to combine it with the use of viagra/sildenafil.

Do men commonly combine viagra with alprostadil? I would think not necessary, but maybe some do need both.
