ED & Masturbation

If you have a limp dick due to ED, is it still possible to masturbate to orgasm? If so, what method do you use?

A lot of variation with this. I can't but I have nerve damage. Some guys can do it easily. The methods used by those that can varies greatly also.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Nerve sparing - damaged. C in margin. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ ~ 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE-1 - cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

I used a vibrator, the type you use for back massages. If I was horny that would always work even if I was very flaccid, about an inch! I would cum like crazy.

I can with very vigorous manual stimulation. I don't achieve a fully hard erection, but enough to jerk and get off. An orgasm induced by using the Magic Wand is terrific, again no hard on strong enough to penetrate, but delivers a great orgasm.

Yup. After prostatectomy I use Electro-Stim.
Substantially reduced climax but better then nothing. It sucks. Damaged nerves.
Retired. R.P. 2016. Bilateral nerve sparing surgery. Now use .15cc of Bimix twice weekly & anorgasmia, moderately incontinent. Wife no longer interested so go solo with Electro-stim using Erostek ET-312. Now am Type 2 diabetic.

Could you give a bit more detail regarding the Electro stimulator?
For example where do you attach the leads and what setting do you use?
What is the make and model of the one you use?
Thanks

Using the right size Stealth sabre sleeve I give myself a nice erection even though my cock is a total flat tire.
Right size is the one that pumps up my glans (slightly smaller than my normal girth) by compressing my shaft.
I find that even an artificial erection has the same stimulation as a natural erection, and with lube it is stiff enough to penetrate a woman.
The orgasms are more intense than my once "normal" ejaculations.
Beats hale out of strangling a dead snake.

Codyspal:

Go to Smartstim.com which is a forum for estim users. Most people start out with a Tens machine which is a medical device to help control muscle pain. The site has a multitude of instructions/explanations on the process. Before one invests money in a device that is specifically designed for sexual use it is a good idea to find out if you like the process. It is different than anything you've tried before. I find that is not nearly as good as using a pussy or masturbation but beggers can't be choosers. Many disagree with me but I am 74 years old and have had a prostatectomy (with resulting nerve damage) along with anorgasmia. Vibrators just don't do the job for me and I have tried many other devices.Younger guys with full functioning dicks get way more out of it than I do. It is different for each guy.

There are two top of the line devices which are expensive but if your dick doesn't work it comes down to what price are you willing to pay for some stimulation. I have the Erostek 312b. The other device is the Estim-2b. I have not tried the medium priced devices. See Happystim-usa.com for devices, electrodes, etc. that you can buy. This dealer is a well respected vendor. Tens devices can be purchased from many medical suppliers.

Orgasms can be obtained without an erection using estim. It just takes practice to train yourself. There is a small learning curve for safety issues and technique. Such things like not placing electrodes above your waist, and various locations for placement and what to buy and or how to make your own devices and electrodes, etc.

Members and site administrators are very helpful in answering questions on just about anything you want to know about estim. Guys from all walks of life use the site, as do some women, including straight and gay people who like to practice vanilla stimming to BDSM.

Codyspal: I had my prostatectomy in 2016 and have read, studied, questioned, examined, pondered, viewed just about everything there is on the subject. My urologists are located UCSF in San Francisco and they specialize in ED treatment from pills to implants. I use Bimix injections to get erections (to maintain length and to enhance the use of estim).

Estiming , in my opinion, is not real sex. Nothing, in my opinion, will replace a full functioning dick. But I accept where I am in life and have determined to take control of what I have left to work with. I am over with the tears and poor me whining. It is what it is. My wife no longer wants or cares about sex so I do this for me. She encourages me to use estim (so I will leave her alone I suspect).

I have first tried a $250+ German made vibrator that works for many but not for me. I always ended up feeling like I had been mugged in an alley and left black and blue. I have not tried the Venus masturbator or milking machines so I don't know if they would work for me. They are more expensive and noisy too.

Feel free to send me a PM if you have questions that are more personal or continue posting here.
