When I take Viagra 25ng, it seems to work better 6 hours later rather than 1 hour later (although it still works at the hour point)... I dare say it's not reaching peak concentration after an hour, maybe Spedra would help?

Everyone is different, reactions vary a lot.

All PDE-5 inhibitors are different, I tried them all and Spedra (avanafil) is now my favorite. It is also the quickest to act, I suggest you consult your doctor (urologist) and see if it's right for you.

No doctor needed, ordered some 50mg Spedra on an online prescription. Looking forward to trying it out.

Can you buy Spedra in the United States? If not, where can you buy it and do they ship to the United States?

I have been using Stendra (Spedra) (avanafil) for many years and I like it. It is expensive. I used to order it from Canada and they got it from England. My Uro told me of a compounding pharmacy in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. They charge $25 for 200mg pill. I used to cut them into 4 (50 mg), but now had to go to 100mg, so I use a half pill. The pharmacy is Highland Speciality Pharmacy, 855-894-4441. www.hsprx.com. You will need a prescription from your doctor. He can fax it to them (I don't have the number) or call it in. Or you can scan a written prescription send it by email and then mail the original to them. I have used them 3 times now. Easy to work with. One time the Post Office crushed my order. I made pictures of the carton and the crushed results and they replaced my order for free.

if you alternate between various pde5s over time...does it help to prevent building up resistance to a certain one?

A very rare update from me - Spedra 50mg sucks!

I've never tried Cialis or Levitra, but I'm 100% sure that even if I did, they won't beat my trusty Viagra.

Flavio are you still using Spendra?

I may try it as Cialis gives me too many side effects now.

Viagra is more potent, less pde selectivity, more side effects.
Stendra / Spedra is less potent, more pde selectivity, less side effects.
