If I had been told the risks of injection therapy such as scarring I don’t think I would have ever started injecting in the first place. I developed scarring on both sides of my penis. Once you develop the scarring it makes putting an implant in more difficult. Also, once you develop scarring a curvature of the penis is very likely. If I had it to do all over I would have skipped injection therapy and gone straight for the implant. Our penis was not made to use as a pen cushion. You cannot do that without paying a hefty price of which I did. I wish you all the best

I've been using injections for around 8 years with great success.

notaes, I'm sorry you're one of the minority that had ill effects from the solution that has brought joy and comfort to many.

You can use a VED for general Penis Health.

Can you tell me which benefits you see from Intermittent Fasting?

According to Michael Maverick DHEA caused penis shrinkage and he advises against its use.
I believe it is ThundersPlace where the Priapus (p shot) received a negative review by one of the admins as a scam.
A problem with arginine is that digestive acid interferes with its absorption - citrulline survives passage through the GI gauntlet better and becomes arginine.
Citrulline is also a plus with protein absorption, and trying to make tissue gains without increased protein (eggs, whey protein etc) is not likely to get far.

I absolutely agree with these:

Will continue the positive healthy life style I started two and a half years ago. Working out getting eight hours of sleep and keeping a good diet based on fruits vegetables raw free range eggs wild salmon. Will continue the intermittent fasting keeping all of my meals between 12 noon and 6pm have been intermittent fasting for a year and a half and will continue to do so.

If by fall 2020 there are no noticeable benefits will see a sex therapist [...]

A healthy lifestyle is the #1 ED treatment and seeking professional help is always sensible.

All others are controversial, to say the least. I wouldn't waste any money on supplements (with the honorable exception of PRELOX), hypnosis or TRT.

You mentioned yohimbe, I tried it several years ago and it was awful: no results, unbearable side effects (insomnia, tachycardia, headaches).

Same here. Injected with Tri-Mix. Scaring and curve to the right and up. Do not recommend.
