I tried Gainswave and another shock therapy at two different clinics. Neither helped me. Took the plunge and paid for an amniotic stem cell shot. It too failed to produce any noticeable improvements. They really are nothing but scams. Never could find any solid data that proves they work except for a few small and heavily flawed studies. Save your money and time...

I did not try all the suppliments that you have but that I did take proves to me that I was wasting my money.
My suggestiont o you would be to just relax and forget about it. Enjoy life, masturbate if you want and watch porn if you want. With injections I found that by slowly putting the fluid in stopped the pain in my glans.

PDE-5 inhibitors are great but make sure you are getting genuine brand drugs from reliable sources.

Seeing a doctor (urologist) regularly is mandatory, self medication is always a risk.

Like I said, no porn and no masturbation is excellent.

Instead of all those herbal supplements, which may do more harm than good, you could try oral phentolamine or another alpha blocker. Phentolamine is not available in the US but it is a popular ED treatment in China and other countries. Consult your urologist first.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.

I definitely agree with getting PDE5 inhibitors from a reputable source via prescription. I tried the Indian internet order pills and they are NOT the same as generics from the UK. Some gave me anxiety!
Can I ask, what is the problem with masturbation?

Pardon me for stepping in to your question.

As I understand it, the main problem with masturbation is that it develops practiced (synaptic?) responses in one's brain, essentially "teaching" your brain sensual/sexual response patterns that may be in opposition to coital sex, thereby inhibiting your enjoyment of coital sex.

There are also some who advocate limiting the number of times a man ejaculates, believing this will enhance the ejaculations that he does have.

Also if a steady partner does not like you to have sex without her/him, it can give rise to relational problems.

Also, in this thread, Simbarn posted this (in part)

The body releases a surge of Prolactin immediately after ejaculation. This is the major player in the refractory period.
