Captain,

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is based on my own experiences at best and hallucinations or delusions at worst. Internet forum advice is likely worth what you paid for it, or worse. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.
----------------------

1. Comparatively speaking I'd say you dick works pretty well. There's no way I would consider an implant in your current condition.

2. You could be suffering from some performance anxiety as well as some VL. The VL, at least at this point is affected by your position.

3. Was there a question here? Getting fit is obviously always a good idea for many health reasons including sexual performance. It very possibly could improve any ED you may have so that should increase your motivation and not diminish it.

4. Drugs can be wonderful if needed. However, I go by the theory of less is better. Only you and your doctor can determine the cost/risk - benefit analysis.

5 ?. I'm a firm (yeah a pun) believer in rings. This is the first I've heard of that one. It's kind of expensive. Try one and report back. It might work great for you.

Good luck. I wish my dick worked as well as yours.

Thank again to both of you.

I had tried CBD oil tincture orally at 1mg/kg of body weight ;along with Magnesium supplements and it did reduce my anxiety overall and sexual anxiety too.
Will resume that.

On cock rings..I am reading that the round shaped ones squeeze the cavernosas and urethra too. Are there any good designs that would restrict the veins and not the other parts of the shaft.

I think they will all squeeze everything. The Osbon medical grade rings designed to work with a VED are marketed as providing more localized constriction to the needed areas while constricting other areas less but I don't know if you can get one with light enough tension for your purposes: Image

They can be sourced from a forum site supporter which is nice: https://www.erecaidpumps.com/osbon-erecaid-tension-rings/
Remember, if a very tight ring you're limited to a 15 - 20 minute wear time.

The Giddy rings you mentioned in your previous post make similar claims about selective constriction.

I posted earlier on this thread. This post is based upon where I currently am in the progression of my ED.

I am using a combination of the following with excellent results:
1. Cock ring (sometimes not)
2. Viagra
3. L-Arginine (produces nitric oxide)
4. Bimix and/or Trimix injections.

The first 3 enhance my erections. The 4th ensures my erections.

If you haven't used injections, I tell you they're a powerful erection producer before the inevitable IPP implant surgery. I don't think you are anywhere near needing an IPP.

I recommend that you consult a very good urologist about the possibility of starting with Bimix injections. Eventually, you will graduate to Trimix injections. They have a side-effect for most men: Pain.

You can ameliorate the pain of Trimix with a careful blending of Bimix and Trimix:

I've done it and it works.

Full disclosure:
There is one other possible side-effect of penile injections: Peyronies Disease. One in 7-8 men who perform penile injections long enough will eventually get it.
Born 1947. Live in Utah. Married 1995. 5'8". 160 lbs.
Health is very good. ED began from venous leakage (2003).
Used Cialis (2003-2017), penile injections (2018-2019), 4 implants (2020-2021), now have an AMS 700 installed.

After discussing in the forum and reviewing my last three/four sexual encounter..here is what I am gathering.I am bit perplexed with the different results I observed. Trying to understand my root cause of ED and mental condition during these data collection experiments.

Any inputs will be helpful.
