I have tried all of the above except DHEA in an attempt to overcome my diabetes induced ED. At best they may have induced a slight semi, but nothing significant. I used them for at least six months and some over a year before deciding they were not doing the trick. The only decent herbal remedy I have come across which seems to have a partial success is a combination of 5 gr. of l-arginine ethyl ester mixed into a glass of green tea which I take with a Maxidus ( tong kat Ali is the prime ingredient) and two aspirin. Yet I still need to use a tight constriction band to generate and maintain a full erection.

The results of the herbal supplements do not compare to my daily 10 mg of Cialis nor any where close to the rock hard Trimix induced erections.

It is possible that the cause of my particular ED does not allow the above supplement to react properly with my situation and they may indeed work well for others.

I use L-Citrulline (precursor to Arginine) and Grape Seed Extract. They are two of the best nitric oxide producing supplements available.
