Final Go Ahead!

Got the final go ahead today to put my buddy to use. Mr Dr. said while cycling to pump it up until it feels uncomfortable and then leave
inflated for up to three (3) hours, WHAT?
He said he wants it to stretch to straighten any curves and also so the tubes will stretch.
He said he gave me some longer tubes 24cm + 1cm RTE Total 25cm, is that oversized ?
Not pumped up so much for sex. just cycling.
