ED or not....

Postby Ratt19 » Sat Nov 09, 2019 3:46 am

I have posted here a few times with my issues surrounding ED. At this time I am injecting Testosterone to see if my score of 206 can be raised to 700. At that level, my doctor feels we have a good shot at normal erections with ED oral medications. There was also a question if stimulation besides masturbation would effect my erections.

Here is what has changed.

I have not had a partner in my life. Religious reasons kept me from sex, and other reasons left me with only minor sexual experience. Never intercourse.
I am now older and I have changed my views on life and sex. So I have been dating, and now I have a partner. She knows about my ED and wants to help.

During foreplay tonight, she went down on me. This was the first time I have had a blowjob. The end result was an erection strong enough to penetrate, but not
as hard as I would like it to have been. The other issue was that I didn't climax. It was if I was right there but couldn't finish. This last part may be mental.

So my question is, do I have ED, an erection strong enough to penetrate yet not fully erect? Is there partial ED? Is this a positive sign? I'm kind of confused.

I would I say it's not ED but only your doctor can say for sure.

You seem to be too harsh on yourself. Sex is not an exact science and there are countless factors that can interfere with a couple's sex life: anxiety, depression, fatigue. That is not ED, it is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. Sometimes you're just not in the mood for it.

My advice: continue to see your doctor and do a lot of research on the subject of sexual dysfunction. It's great that you have a helpful partner and you're in this together. Take one step at a time, don't get obsessed with sex and focus on other aspects of your relationship, as well.

Here's a tip: whenever I had a negative sexual experience, I would take a break and avoid sex for some time (one week, two weeks, a month). This allowed me to relax, clear my mind and regain confidence.

When I was 28 and was having strong erections I still had not experienced intercourses. This was due to my insecurity over my size. It was then that I met my wife and on the first occasion we got to experience intercourses. I was unable to get it up. It’s called performance anxiety.

It’s important in the beginning to create a relaxed atmosphere without any pressure to perform. Enjoy each other and let things develope naturally.

*update*

So tonight we had the house to ourselves. Just for kicks I took 100mg of Sildenafil. From just kissing I got a partial erection. After I got her warmed up
she went down on me. Although the pleasure was intense, I again wasn't able to climax. My erection was strong enough for me to penetrate her on top,
but only lasted for a minute or so. Frustrating.

We relaxed for an hour or so cuddling and kissing. I asked her to try it again. Again oral, again a pretty good erection but no climax. I get like 99% there but no relief. She is convinced that it's mental. I feel super sensitive pleasure, but I just can't orgasm.

What's frustrating is that if I look at porn and masturbate I can ejaculate no problem. I haven't watched anything in three days and I am stopping all
masturbation until I figure this out.

I am seriously looking at Trimix and injections at this point. But even then I may not be able to climax. This is really messing me up.

Have you experimented with cock rings for help maintaining your erection? Lots of different grades of varying quality. Some strictly for novelty but many also help with erections, even those from sex shops that technically are novelty rings. The jelly rings are, IMHO, a waste of time. A fairly strong silicone ring is the ticket for me. Medical grade rings can help too if you want to go that way. As for the anorgasmia I don't have a good answer. If she's up for it a little anal stimulation while she's going down might push you over the top. I don't think injections will help with anorgasmia.
