Is there a reason erection can only be achieved by standing. Also does the prostate have anything to do with erections, is its function just ejaculation?
53 years old, tumors both sides of prostate treated with HIFU May 2019 current ED using cialis and viagra not very effective, recently divorced concerned on trying to move forward with ED issue

The prostate produces the fluid which the sperm swim around in.

One possible reason why position matters with erections is a venous leak. Depending on which veins have the problems, they can be closed off depending on the position you use. The only way for sure to diagnose a venous leak is to see a urologist and have a Doppler ultrasound done. In the mean time, some of the men on Franktalk have found that a constriction ring helps with venous leak problems.
71 years old in 2018; married 49 years. ED since 2001. PD5 inhibitors (Viagra, etc.) worked with increasing dosages until side effects got too bad by 2017. Now using Trimix injections. Delayed ejaculation has been a continuing problem since 2012.
