Shaving vs. waxing for that clean look

Postby Notgivingup » Sat Sep 14, 2019 4:49 pm

I like the clean look of no hair on my penis and testicles. It's a pain to to shave, though, and sometimes I manage to nick myself.

Have any of you tried waxing your penis and testicles? Recommend it?

I have but it's been a while since I last was waxed. But something I have thought about starting up again.

So to answer the question waxing last longer than shaving for the smooth look, and I recommend waxing if the esthetician is knowledgeable concerning your sack.

It stings some but if the person doing it is good it's not to bad. And I would go back in about every six weeks or so.

The person who did mine used warm wax and strips on everything but the sack and there he would dip his fingers in the wax and pluck each hair individually, basically he said wax and waxing strips can be pretty rough on the tender skin there since it hard to hold it taught.

I did notice the hair would grow back a little finer and in the case of my sack even more sparse

I kind of stopped and went back to the razor due to cost.

I'm sure he was a whole lot cheaper than what I'd have charged to pluck hairs from your balls

I use a Norelco battery powered Body Groomer to shave the area around the base to reduce Vacuume leakage when pumping. Does a neat clean job without nicking. Can also be used in the shower.

Have you considered permanent hair removal by laser?

I’m 66 years old and I keep my cock and balls shaved. It only takes 5 minutes every other day to keep the clean & smooth look. It is so much cooler in the summer time. Don’t think I will ever go back to hair on my area unless I get to old and feeble to shave! To me it doesn’t take anytime to shave and keep it clean anD smooth.

No, I didn’t know that was an option. How does that work, and who do you go to to have it done?

For some reason I often nick myself when I shave. I wish my shaving went as smoothly as yours does. Do you have any tips? Maybe your technique is better than mine.

Use high quality fresh multi-blade razors and quality shave gel. I use Harry's razors and Avon Skin-So-Soft gel.

But I don't do a total shave as I don't want to have the prepubescent look. Not that anyone but me or my wife and medical personnel would see. Shaving sure has some positive practical aspects. I do it for the practical aspects and such as preferred by the wife.
