Viagra worked well for me for several years, but eventually it quit working. I don't recall what I paid, but it was covered by my Rx drug insurance and the copay was not bad.

PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis) are not the only solution for ED, there are other pills that are also very effective.

I used oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg (brand names Vasomax, Vigamed, Vasoviril) for many years and it was extremely effective. Phentolamine is not Viagra, it is an alpha blocker that stops sympathetic action in the penis thus improving blood flow and erections. It should be taken as needed, 30 min. before sex.

Phentolamine is an approved ED treatment in several countries (Mexico, Brazil) and there are studies that show its safety and efficacy:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12152116

I also used sublingual apomorphine hydrochloride 3 mg (brand names Uprima, Zyprima) and I loved it. Unlike Viagra, which only works locally, apomorphine goes to the root of the problem and increases dopamine levels in the brain. And it may also treat female sexuale dysfunction, because it works centrally and improves libido.

You can get both these drugs at www.openchinacart.com

Which one is the best drug? Only a doctor can say for sure because everyone is different and reactions vary.

Always consult your doctor (urologist) before you decide to try any new treatment.
