Mitigating PDE5-I side Effects ?

Hello,
how do you cope with the side effects of pde-5i ?
I usually get some kind of headache and a stuffed nose... (I'd like to take daily cialis). How do you coope with that ?
Any tips ?

When I was on Cialis it bothered me with flushing and mild headache but eased after I was on it for awhile. but was not as useful though,

you mean after continous intake the side effects eased ?

I take Cialis + oral phentolamine and side effects include headaches and stuffed nose. Coffee works great for me (caffeine is a vasoconstrictor).
