Struggling with PIED, now concerned may have peyronies?

Hi
I'm 24 years old and have been having a problem with PIED for over a year now, I'm addressing the PIED issue by abstaining although am in early days with this at the moment. I'm sure I'm in a flatline at the moment because I really can't get very hard at all but something else has been concerning me for some weeks now. Sometimes when my penis is flaccid it hangs to the right quite alot to the point where it looks bent, it's not always been like this only over the last month or so, when I've been watching porn I can get 60-70% erect and haven't noticed a bend and I've had minimal pain but theres a definite noticeable bend at times when flaccid and also sometimes my flaccid penis feels very firm, firmer than it should and on the left side there seems to be a particularly firm area that extends about an inch down my shaft. I'm worried this could be a peyronies plaque and that is what's causing my bend when flaccid and that it's going to develop and get worse. Over the time I've been addicted to porn many times I've masturbated and edged for hours on end and with a very firm grip which I guess could've caused damage. I'd like to ask peoples opinions on whether this sounds like early Peyronies disease? Or if it's more likely that it's due to over doing it masturbating and that this may go back to normal the longer I abstain?

To be honest I'm not worried too much about being bent when flaccid but now I'm concerned that maybe the reason I can't get full erections is due to Peyronies instead of PIED. Any responses and advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks :)

My suggestion is to switch hands when masturbating and d death grip but you should see a doctor about your penis. ;)

I 2nd vajim's suggestion. See the doc. I'm an old fart too and when I was your age ED was a fairly taboo subject. Since Viagra came out ED is a bit more out of the closet so to speak.

As a person that has ED and Peyronies about the only thing I say is I echo the previous posts about seeing a doctor. I can only say with my Peyronies I can only be seen the curve when erect I can now that I know what I'm looking for the plaque (scar tissue) when I'm flaccid.

Thanks for the replies, I'll definetely go and see a doctor I just want to see how this abstinence thing works out for a bit longer, I've only been doing it a week so I'm hoping I may see some improvement. Quester, can I ask what your plaque looks/feels like when your flaccid? Is it an obvious hard lump or more of a firm but not completely hard area like I seem to have?
