What's the point of that type of measurement ? I never got it, it's not like you can get it THAT deep in, especially if you have some extra body fat, etc.
In my case, i am very skinny so it probably doesn't change much in the end measurement, but if i hit her with my pelvic bone while fucking, it'll be quite painful in the end. IMO the only measurement that matters is the "useful-length", anything else is just an ego-boost.

39 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

But there has to be a way that EVERYBODY can measure the exact same way. You can't change bone, no matter how hard you try.

I agree with Larry. We're not measuring the "usable" length but rather the length of the penis in general. As Larry said, "you can't change bone, no matter how hard you try. "

We are looking for consistency in the measurement from one day's measurement to another day's. Bone-pressed measure (with the same size "footprint" of the measuring tool, pressure into the pubis and visualization of the numbers (parallax) etc.
Measurements on the same individual over a span of time benefit from this consistency. The only uncontrollable (or uncontrollable for) variable is the thickness of the flesh between the foot of the measuring tool and the pubic bone (which may change when that individual gains or loses body mass in that area). Then there is the amount of tension on the penis (measuring during a "stretch test") or the degree of erection during the measurement.
Not to mention the ability to compare one individual with another.

I get your point, haven't thought about it that way.
I actually measure it from underneath, from the tip of the glands to where the shaft ends and the scrotum begins.
Not very precise either, since mine is curved and a simple "ruler" measurement can't give the actual length.
