I've had my implant for 3 years. I travel a lot domestically and internationally.
At first I was never stopped. Now I find..
If its a walk-through machine then I never get stopped.
If its the type where you have to stop and raise your hands while they take a picture, I always get stopped with the picture showing groin area suspicions. A quick pat down, and telling the TSA than I have a penile implant, with occassional finger check, soon resolves the issue.

First time since implanted that my Global Entry number was not passed to the airlines. As a result I had to go through the full body scanner rather than the metal detector. They showed me the scan which looked like a cartoon man with a pumpkin over his groin. Had to go through the pat down which included the back of agents two hand tracing my penis on both sides. As you all are aware, the flaccid length is somewhat out of the norm with an implant and I typically hang down my right leg held in place by boxer briefs. The agent pressed the pants firmly against my leg to understand the anomaly. When it was clear to him (and the 20 or so other passengers waiting for their bags) that it was a penis, I was allowed to continue to gate. Will be sure to check boarding pass for TSA pre check here forward.

I never thought of the TSA check as an opportunity for advertising to join the "Mile High" club. Could be an adjunct to the ideas in this thread:
