Something similar happened to me, I searched a lot about a micro fissure in the tunic and never found anything about it, all the cases of tunic breakage that I consulted are very exaggerated and I never experienced those symptoms, except pain, what I've noticed that my erection is getting worse over time ...
You have good doctors follow his advice, I did not have any advice and now I'm really scared ....
Friend, I would like you to continue commenting on your case and what they suggest. Then I will expose mine. 1 Greeting

Curro,

thanks for sharing and I definitely will keep the post up to date. The doctors have said this is a very unusual case.

Hi, I think I might have had a similar injury two and a half weeks ago where it didn't show signs of a fracture, but I suspect damaged tissue. I'd be very interested to hear any updates on how the healing process has been going for you over the last few months.

I'm sorry to see that you may have had a similar injury because it's a frustrating one.

After meeting with multiple experts (Dr Goldstein, Dr Lue, Dr Eid, and Dr Valenzuela) the consensus for me at least is to wait. I'm taking 400mg pentoxifyllin daily, as well as 1000 mg twice daily of each L-Arginine and L-Carnitine. The goal here is to let my body heal, which is slow, while reducing any fibrosis from the healing.

In addition I'm taking 20mg cialis before bed, and another 20 mg about an hour before sex.

Where I am now is that I'm able to perform 95% of the time, but my erection quality isn't as good as before and with the leak I have from the injury without stimulation I lose my erection (which comes back with more stimulation). So I'd say I'm at about 80% of where I was, but it's still frustrating because I want to get to 100%

Dr Eid recommended I hold off on having an implant as long as possible, and Dr Valenzuela recommended I don't consider the implant until I can't perform more than 40% of the time. I know it's good advice even though the thought of being able to go as long and hard as I want whenever I want with an implant is very tempting.

For now I'm waiting to see how things go. I check in with my Doctors in a month, but likely I will continue on this way another 4-6 months and then reassess.

Check out this post as well for a good summary of what to do when you are in the acute stage of a penile injury. I wish I found this sooner:

hope this helps

So if anyone here has thoughts or suggestions beyond PDE5, trimix, or implants as a way to treat erectile tissue damage I'd welcome their thoughts.

Thank you all once again

a steroid cycle of testosterone is the only other thing that could potentially help. super logical levels of testosterone - with increased androgens - have helped penile tissue in some studies. you could also try bpc157 which is a peptide that is meant to help promote healing such as ligament damage and fibrosis in tissues. pt141 is another peptide which helps for erections by increasing sexual desire - it works on the mind though as opposed to increasing blood flow

Very interesting suggestion. Do you recommend any doctors who perform the procedure?
