To what purpose? If there's a specific reason for posting a pic just put it in the appropriate sub-forum. If you just want to post pics of your erect dick I'd imagine there are more appropriate forums or other places for that. Personally I don't want to look at dicks unless there's a specific reason. For example a question about a medical condition or injection placement. The implant sub-forum has pics regularly but usually to demonstrate something.

Are you trying to show that injections are working for you?
I say go for it. I wish they did for me. :(

39 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.
