It seems that Europe is extremely poor in terms of ED specialists. Treatments are also very limited, sadly...
Here in France for example, there's practically NO ONE that specialises in ED or even just general penis health. One might think that ED is some obscure and rare condition and not something that affects a major part of the population.

Sorry, can't suggest anything, i am looking for a decent specialist my self and can't find anything. I've even considered flying over to the US to see someone and get some proper tests done, but it's way too expensive. :/
39 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

Hi,

I come from the Czech Republic and I dont think that andrology is bad in Europe. You just have to find a good doctor, the best option is from a referral from someone you trust. I met about 7 andrologists and the best from an informative point of view were the ones with an open mind and younger because andrology is a young science as well.

I visited dr prof. Andreas Jungwirth in Salzburg. He is an energetic middle-aged man willing to help, very knowledgeable, however, he didnt present any new ideas I would not get in the Czech Republic. He advised me to find an implant surgeon in Germany or US. He sends Austrian patients to get implants to Freiburg I believe.

He even knows personally prof. Ralf Herwig, Vienna/London based doctor claiming to know venous ligation surgery to venous leakage. He thinks it is a rather money making business and that all results he presents in the papers show just short term results.

Thanks
Born 1995, VL since 18, pills dont work, injections provide good 20 minute erection which hurts, implanted AMS CXR 14+6 due to fibrosis

I have heard that dr. Roselló and his son are the doctors who made more implants in Europe. In Spain there are several good andrologist. Mariano Roselló and Francois Peinado in Madrid and Natalio Cruz in Sevilla are three of many of them.
