I Believe Somebody at Post Office Stole My Generic Cialis Shipped from India by All Day Chemist

Postby Cigar56 » Tue Jan 29, 2019 3:57 pm

In December 2018 I made my first order for generic cialis from All Day Chemist (ADC), in India. Everything went well with the order, my first from ADC. It shipped promptly with excellent tracking updates throughout the journey. But then the tracking suddenly stopped when my shipment reached my local post office in the United States. Since this was my first shipment from ADC, I didn't know how long the entire process would take.

My shipment took about two weeks to arrive in the states, and reached my local post office, just three miles from my house, on Jan. 2, 2018.

And that's when the tracking stopped.

I had never ordered anything from overseas, and certainly not a prescription drug, so I decided to be patient. Being a rookie, I didn't know that my package had already cleared customs, which is often the biggest issue. Anyway, my package arrived on Jan. 2, and I just kept waiting, and waiting, and waiting.

Finally I started taking action around Jan. 25 -- three weeks after the package arrived at my local post office. I filed an inquiry with the U.S. Postal service, and a representative said more information would be available by Jan. 29.

On Jan. 29 (today as I type this), I had not received an update so I visited my local post office to conduct my own investigation. They acknowledged receiving my package but didn't know where it was. "It's got to be here somewhere," a clerk said, after looking around for 10 minutes.

OK, I'm not stupid. I immediately came to the conclusion that somebody at the post office stole my shit. I mean, 27 days and they can't find it at my little post office?

I called one of the national hotlines for the post office and said I believed a package addressed to me had been stolen by someone working in the post office.

"Stolen?" the woman asked. "Yes, that's right," I said.

"Hold on," the woman said. "I am going to transfer you to the right department. As soon as they get on the line I want you to tell them that you are reporting a possible theft."

The next person to speak to me was very professional. He was with some law enforcement/fraud division for the post office. I could almost see his ears perk up when I began reporting a possible theft by a post office employee. He opened an investigation and gave me a reference number.

But that didn't solve the fact that I didn't have my generic Cialis. I got in touch with ADC over the internet, who I had been keeping informed. "No worries," the clerk said through a chat box. "We will send out a new order free of charge."

As for the U.S. Post Office, I'm pissed.

As for ADC, I think I am going to be a longtime customer.

Any time I had an issue with the post office (I always had documentation) they were always courteous, professional and made every reasonable accommodation and attempt to make me whole.

The most recent was several years ago when I mailed a box of my clothes to where I was to attend a wedding. I sent my suit and dress shoes. I wanted to be SURE they would not get separated while I traveled across country and wanted to relieve myself of the hassle of keeping track of them.

Sent Priority Mail. They arrived late. (Later than the guaranteed date, but still in time for the wedding).

A week and a half later, I went down to my post office, showed them the paperwork and they immediately refunded my postage - all of it. Not the difference between regular first class and the priority mail cost, but the entire priority mail cost.

One example of where our government still follows the rules to the advantage of the customer. Made me proud to be an American.

All Day Chemist is a pharmacy in India. They ship generic versions of ED drugs at a fraction of the price of the name brands in the United States. You can get ED drugs there for as little as fifty or sixty cents a pill. They sell other generic prescrition drugs too. There are a number of mentions of ADC on these boards. alldaychemist.com

Contact ADC-they will re-ship the order to you, I think.

I have ordered from them many times.

UPDATE: The post office found my missing shipment from All Day Chemist. The shipment to the post office a few miles from my house arrived on Jan. 2. Then, nothing but crickets until I raised a stink on Jan. 29, and suddenly the post office delivered my package to my mailbox that afternoon. Funny how a sense or urgency developed after I called the post office fraud department and suggested that my pills might have been stolen by a postal employee.

A similar situation happened to my ADC order several years ago. I e-mailed ADC and told them my order hadn’t been received In Over 30 days so they reshipped a second package. Several days after receiving the second shipment, the first shipment arrived.

I think someone in the Post Office has a grudge against ADC.
