I know in the beginning all of this seems weird. My famous thing: THE POINT IS: prostate massage has been used for centuries. This goes all the way back to biblical times. What I first try to teach a guy is how to make the orgasm followed by ejaculation way more powerful. As you work at this you will find that you have major tingling, waves that somewhat sweep over your body. It doesn't take long to realize these are the beginnings of small multiply orgasms. Progressing along they become stronger and you have the urge to ejaculate. The person I am working has to give me some feed back but IF I have my finger on the pulse of things, I generally know where he is in climbing his ladder. I am able to vary things up slightly and depending on the time and how long it took to get to this point will determine what I do and bring him on to his major last orgasm, and a space of time between orgasm and ejaculation. How we have separated the 2 different feelings.

I feel as if I will never get into my new place. The place I am moving too has had their own share of problems and set backs. I stopped there today and I actually believe now it could be April 1. I'm not a happy camper over this. I am living out of boxes and tubs, and though where I am staying is very nice, warm and I have 2 babies who love me dearly, I get to cook 5 days a week and I am most of the time out of everybody's way, I just want my own space once more. I thought by now I would have been working on my video and I'm even set up yet. This isn't going well.

Have not had a prostate for the last 20 years. Sometimes I miss not having semen, but on the other hand, there is less mess!

WES...just a few data points for me. My last PSA was 1.0. I had my Testosterone checked early last year and my PCP said it was normal. I thought LowT may have had some bearing on my ED but, in hindsight, it did not. As a VERY bi guy, I've experienced several prostate massages...some even self-inflicted...lol. I very much enjoy and get intense pleasure from that activity. Since I normally accompany my massage with a soothing masturbation, I can't say that the massage alone caused my orgasm or ejac. Just seemed to cum together. Anyway, I still rely on my prostate to deliver all that delicious fluid that my seeds swim in. Wes, Thanks for the post.
I am hetero but have enjoyed the benefits of prostate massage and ass-play in general for many years. I was diagnosed with PC in 2016 and underwent radiation treatments ending in July 2018. After being diagnosed, but before treatment, I continued to enjoy PM both by myself and with several female partners.
It occurred to me that maybe having untreated cancer, manipulating the prostate may not be a good idea. I confirmed that through a little on-line research and discontinued actual massage of the gland, but still enjoyed ass-play, being rimmed and other various fun in the back yard, so to speak.
Since being treated, my PSA continues to decline but has not yet stabilized (takes up to 2 years), so I continue to cool it with actual PM, opting for, at most, light entry.
Luckily, I don't have ED issues, although I do need a low dose of Viagra occasionally. As far as ejaculation, I do ejaculate but it is a clear liquid, not white, since the radiation. In no way can I shoot it, and usually it's delayed and just oozes out maybe 20 to 30 seconds after cumming.
Just wanted to share my experience and encourage others. I agree that its a great way to increase sexual arousal.

One can take expert advice.
