After many years of fighting ED, I'm sorry to say that my dick has shrunk something awful. Even when on Viagra I could go 7". However, there was an 8 year period when I didn't have sex at all. My penis suffered for it. These days I'm using the pump and just can make 5".
My current insurance won't cover treatment for ED at all. However, come next April I'll go on Medicare. I'm seriously considering getting an implant. However, I know that the implant size is limited to what the doctor can fit in there. So I'm looking to increase my size as much as possible before then.
I've been pumping daily for a little over a month. About two weeks ago I started doing penile exercises. I'm well aware that these methods take a long time to show any progress. So far I got nothing. But I've got about 4 months to work on it before I can even consult a doctor.
What about adding one of those male enhancement supplements or other over the counter products. I've seen several people speak highly of a product called Male Extra. Do you think that adding something like this would help? If so, which one(s)?
Another option I have is Gainswave. Frankly, I find this more attractive than surgery. However, I know success is about 70% and there are no promises. I've also heard that its only temporary and I'll need to do it again in a year or two. Can anybody confirm or deny this? I've also heard that its completely ineffective if the problem is VL. My plan is that once on medicare to see the Urologist and confirm my exact problem and go from there.
Meanwhile I intend to concentrate of simply increasing my size. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

Developed ED after Heart attack and by-pass in 2000. Used pills for years, but they don't work anymore. Shots don't work. Used a VED for several years. AMS 700 LGX installed 8-7-19.

a pain to use, be very careful when using traction. After pc i also lost two in. Now after ed, cancer, Peyronie's
Implant. I gained all my size back. Check out peryronies society form web site they have much info.
Your ultimate goal is a implant then I would suggest posting on implant site. Their is no dumb question.
