Wow 200mg viagra?

As a rule of thumb, the older we get and/or the higher the dosage the more likely side effects will occur and with greater severity. 100 mg of viagra or 20 mg of Levitra worked for me most of the time, especially if I had taken 10 mg of Cialis the day before. Problem was the splitting headache and blue flashes in my peripheral vision that lasted for days after.

I stopped at 100 mg when it stopped working. The side effects were intolerable, very stuffy leading to sinus issues, flushed, backache.

spoon - I wonder about the manufacturer angle also? Are others experiencing a drop off in efficacy with generic?

As I was ramping up above 50, my GP suggested trying different drugs and I did Levitra and Cialis with little improved effect. Might have been the dose. Later tried Stendra before chucking g it in for a year. That was a sad year.

I'd love to be pointed to a list of ED causing or exacerbating drugs if one has been thoughtfully compiled.

We were on a pretty aggressive schedule with Tri-Mix, 3 times a week with some B-to-B's, and I was finding a drop-off in efficacy for that and needing an increased dose. Had rising anorgasmia also probably from the PGE burn. So we're giving it a break for a while. Already I'm seeing a more beneficial reaction after that break. As you get older and worn out, there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. Chemical burn out may be one. Just a thought.
NOT an MD. 66, CenTX US. Inj since 12/16 a yr after pills stopped working. Caverject for a yr (35mcg PGE). 1/18 Using Tri-Mix at 30 pap/2 phent/40 pge @ 0.3ml. Supp w/ 0.1-0.2ml 60 mcg/ml PGE1 on occasion for a longer session. Anorgasmia setting in.

how long did it work for before failing? over what period of time did it the effect fade?

I thought about different brands etc. pretty sure I have tried generic and Pfizer too. I used to read about how one had to avoid alcohol, or heavy fatty meals, etc etc. I was getting very hard erections without paying any attention to any of this and at the smallest dose 25mg. really puzzling.
42yr, ED from mid 20s. Currently trailing Invicorp. Single dose of 0.35 ml contains 25 mcg Aviptadil and 2mg Phentolamine. First injection gave 4 hour erection with half standard dose placing me at risk of priapism. Help!

Yeah, I know what you mean but I didn't get any of those side effects. Even labels on some meds that say "Take with food" (because it may upset your stomach.... not me. :)

I wonder if there is an amount beyond which there is little or no added effect, just a greater risk of side effects?

Back when Viagra worked for me, it only took 25mg to get a good and lasting erection. Frequently had stuffy nose and occasional dizzy spells after use, but the results were worth the side effects. I discovered that Viagra wouldn't work if taken after a big meal. And, higher doses never helped and would give me heartburn. Viagra quit working after about ten years. Tried Cialis and Levitra. Neither worked and both caused dizzy spells.Am now considering shots, but wife has developed her own problems, so no pressing needs.
Married, 79 yr old, no prostate surgery or implants. ED for last several years and lack climax and ejaculation. Viagra used to work but no longer effective. Same for Cialis and Levitra.

Hi mate
because the Invicorp is working DOESNT mean it's not a venous leak that you may have suddenly developed. Invicorp is largely designed for people WITH venous leaks. A doppler should have shown the leak though.
