This site, and the men who are here are an incredible resource and support system for ED sufferers. We just don't/can't open up with our buddies or even our family about our problems. It's not macho to admit to other men, face to face, that we can't get it up. It's difficult enough to talk honestly with a physician. Here, we can share, complain, bitch, be depressed, and share our victories. It is an asset for us, that must be protected.

I have a very good friend 9 years mu junior.
I've always told him about my journey through ED from injections through implant.

Last week he told me he had taken the DNA test several years ago, and he recently got notified by a guy who said "I think I'm your son" according to the DNA results. We joked about it and I thought it just a coincidence. He then told me he had had an affair with a married over 40 years ago and it was true.

Maybe he wouldn't have confided that to me if I hadn't done the same for him?

Some of us have long telephone conversations with other members, I actually prefer it, and it is a lot more personal but with the same privacy. I have talked to approximately 20 of our members and I have a special bond with every one of them. :)
