Is it normal Sometimes I ejaculate semen that it's temperature is hot & hits the wall .

Thank you for the informations , i think u mean i got mature sperm wich is old . i cummed many times this type .
If i cum the next day , it happens white & thick with too much count .

Personally I would forget the blood flow surgery. Everyone I have read that had it it did not work or only did a short while and caused other issues. If you are jerking off, I think you are fine with the sperm. Your balls are tough. Those things are unbelievably tough.
