I have been reading some studies on using 50mg nightly Viagra for BPH, nocturnal erections and reducing nighttime urination. Has anyone here tried using nightly Viagra?

I have been using daily Cialis and can't say that is any benefit. Clinical studies have been conducted using 50 mg of viagra at bedtime with some improvements in symptom. I guess there are no active members on this site who have tried it. There appears to be enough clinical trials done to indicate that it is safe. I have some inexpensive generic viagra on hand and will give it a try to see if I see any benifit

I have used 25 mg of Viagra before bedtime for the past year or so. It helps somewhat with BPH-induced noctiuria but it is really not a cure. For me, 5 mg of Cialis works better for the BPH problem but it makes me tired so I gave up on it.

On another subject, I have been using Wellbutrin for some months to help with my delayed ejaculation. It is Dopamine agonist. It prolongs the presence of Dopamine in your system and lowers the threshold of orgasm.

I tried Wellbutrin early on but I could never find the correct dose. I would be hyper in the morning and then crash in the afternoon. To raise dopamine, I started using cabergoline in 2013. A dose of 1/8 mg per day is all I can stand; this helps some with delayed ejaculation but I still have problems. If I increase the dose, it is counterproductive because it makes me tired and that also impedes ejaculation. The tiredness problem is common with cabergoline. The WebMD comments section for cabergoline is filled with statement about this problem.
