Bloke,

Any stim is all well and good so go for it.
But here is what I found out over time after ED from same as you -- prostate surgery.

Firstly, you of course will no longer get nocturnal erections -- yeah that is a sad thing. That also means the corpus cavernosum starts to atrophy (inflated diameter shrinks). A pump will help keep it mostly same size (or even larger) but ONLY from the base of the penis outward. It neglects essentially the whole OTHER HALF of your penis that is within your body all the way back. This inner part will wither -- and as a result of that you will tend to lose an inch of erection on the visible outside part -- which a lot of guys complain about and blame the surgeon for stealing an inch!! hah hah.

Here is what you need to do -- either INSTEAD of pumping or in addition to pumping. Get your doctor to prescribe MUSE pellets for you -- at 1000 mcg doses. Also pray that your insurance covers at least half of the cost as they are about $50 per stick retail. But the good news is for PENILE THERAPY (not intercourse) you can get about 10 doses out of each pellet. (100mcg each).. To do that you dissolve the pellet in 1 ml of water inside a syringe then make up 10mls total water -- and start using 1ml URETHRALLY each night.

How you get it in there is up to you -- eyedropper ... plastic syringes .. some kind of injector thing. This will give you a mild erection all night long with increased blood flow and will help keep them cavernosums inflated from stem to stern -- You can also try a lot more than 100mcg -- but will have make the solution stronger. But you have extra pellets so you can make all kinds of strengths.

By the way -- this method does not cause burning or aching nearly as much (or at all) as using the pellets directly (even low dose pellets) -- probably because the absorption is over the entire urethra -- not in one concentrated spot.

So, you still have time to Save Your Cavernosum all the under the balls area -- that will go a long way in keeping ol willy healthy and long. Once you lose it .. there's no getting it back either.

I have now had the operation and not interested yet... I still have a catheter. Lol. Bad news is they couldn’t spare any nerves so I will never get hard. I read the last Pulse review after I have just paid for one. Yikes.... oh well, I’ll see how it all goes. Thanks again everyone. Do milking machines work on flaccid?

Bloke007- Nerve sparing surgery is no guarantee that you will still be able to get an erection. Many guys had received nerve sparing and found out they were limp anyway. My opinion is that "nerve sparing" is more of a "marketing" term than an actual dick saver. Age is a big factor too.

How do you get it in there?
I have tried a few ways with poor results getting it in.

I have little applicators that are specially made to do the splooshing down the urethra.

They work pretty well. I have dozens of them from my old Trimix Gel experimental days.

They have a 3/8" wide mushroom shaped end which is mashed against your pee-hole and then you press the plunger and the liquid is shot in.

Simple....

I had my prostate removed. Can't get an erection with or without pills. It's expensive, but I purchased a Viberect device by Reflexonic. I am easily able to have orgasms with it... I don't have any ejaculation, but it feels great. No problem cuming without an erection using this thing. There are a number of xxx videos on the net showing it being used and guys cumming with it. Here is one such link with it being used by a guy with a spinal cord injury:

Well worth the expense if you can afford it. No need to buy anything else after this. Has rechargeable batteries built in and is a quality built device.

Is it a secret who makes them and where to buy them?

Hey bob...

Sorry I don’t know if anyone makes them. They were specially made and came with the Trimix Gel kit.

Will upload a picture and you could then make them on a 3D printer.. At least the top part.. Which you could glue onto a regular syringe.

So, I just did a quick Google search for syringe manufacturers and got some. One is BD. I would go to one of those websites and try there. After I got into the BD website, I couldn't go any further because I don't know what the are called and I have never seen them so looking at the pictures was just no good. :)
