I experienced ED overnight 10 years ago after divorce and trying to have sex with a new girl after being with my ex for 20 years. Most likely was psychological but did not get better with time so I started pills. Levitra worked great for 5 years till I got rectal cancer at age 49. The chemo, radiation and extensive surgery completed my ED and pills did not work. Had spontaneously nightly erections but quickly went away after I woke.
Started Trimix 40/30/2 over a year ago and 3-4 units work great giving me 3 hours of super erection satisfying sex life.
Lately I often get aroused late at night without anything. With a little self play I can get 95% hard, but when I start masturbating it goes down to 75% till I’m ready to orgasm and if I slow down it becomes hard again and stays hard till I come.
This is by myself and I don’t think it would happen with a woman because of performance anxiety. I tried Levitra again but even twice the recommended dose didn’t make much difference.
So my ED is getting better with time but by definition “erection not enough to penetrate” I still have ED. I’ll continue to use the Trimix because it’s super predictable. When time comes I’ll go for the implant.
Strange things.

Age 54, Single, Los Angeles. Stage 2 rectal cancer in 2013. Radiation, surgery, chemo. In remission for 5 years. Some ED before cancer, complete since. 2-3 units of Trimix 40/30/2 2-3 times a week since Feb/2017 with great success!

Re: Strange!
Hmmmm. From the title of your post, I was expecting something else entirely.

Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

It’s just strange that after 10 years my ED stemmed to be improving.

If I were you I wouldn't go for the implant. If you see improvement it might get better you never know. I am telling you this because same thing happened to me (not for 10 years but 3.5 years) and now I am almost cured. Pills didn't work for me either and now I can have sex with the minimum dose. Give it some time.
