Anyone familiar with Gainswave?

Postby cwatt1 » Thu May 17, 2018 4:59 pm

I just ran across the website (Gainswave.com) It looks very interesting. Apparently the procedure uses high frequency, low intensity sound waves to improve blood flow to the penis. The website says the following "The sound waves repair aged blood vessels, stimulate growth of new blood vessels and remove decades of micro-plaque."

I've been using Viagra and/or trimix injections for a few years, and they help some, but this Gainswave procedure looks like it would eliminate the need for those treatments.

Has anyone tried this procedure?

Search is your friend. I think there are zero reports here of any success with Gainswave, except for the docs who succeed in getting some of your money.

Gainswave (and shockwave) are crap. I took 6 sessions. It felt good for two weeks and then it was gone. Maybe 3x6 sessions could make some long term improvements but the price is too high to test it. The place where I had my sessions don't give the treatment anymore. The machine went broken and they have not fixed it because there are no patients anymore. In theory it is good but there must be something wrong in the procedure. Maybe the should use more power etc.
65 yrs, had venous leak all my life, sildenafil and other pills don't work anymore properly, using Caverject with pills.

Research reports on Low-Intensity Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (LI-ESWT) are mixed, though there are some studies that are very positive. I'd say this is a treatment that has been rushed to market by people trying to make a quick buck (i.e. Gainswave), without adequate research to determine the optimum treatment.

I'm giving myself shockwave treatments. I'm documenting how and what the results are here: shockwavfored.blogspot.com
