I have venous leakage. I have used a metal cock ring around my cock and balls. I am injecting now. I haven't used the ring with the injections but I have lost my erection if I lay on my back even with the Trimix. I'm a little nervous to use the metal ring but I will try one that snaps so I'll e sure I can get it off.

Yeah, the metal rings scare me a bit too. I use silicone rings. If using with a VED, I like the ones with the handles to help removal. With the silicone rings, they should be a lot easier to cut off if it came to that. I haven tried the snap together rings but I'd imagine they're worth a try. I generally use Lyps brand novelty/sex shop silicone rings purchased off Amazon. They are pretty cheap so you aren't out much if they don't work. I doubt the jelly type rings would be firm enough to help. It is an individual thing and you will have to experiment a find which work for you.

I start testosterone injections this Thursday. Not overly confident that it will do anything but I've been wanting to take it to bulk up a bit and for low energy levels anyway. Anyone have a mild venous leak that started using testosterone and see any decent results. Just being cautiously optimistic that maybe it will help.

My Venous Leak was pretty severe, but wanted to tell you my Testosterone experience. A doctor of mine prescribed Androgel. I did not have Low-T but he thought it might help my erections. I used it for a year and it didn’t help my erections, but dramatically shrank my balls. I was never warned of that side effect.

My venous leakage got steadily worse. If you can get it up but long enough for intercourse, I would think it might be venous leakage. After my radiation treatment for prostate cancer, I couldn't even get it up at all. A VED worked, but I had to use 2 rings and taking a ring off when one is still on over an engeorges head is quite uncomfortable. It made my dick cold and hard. I hated it and most of all my wife hated it. My only option was an implant. I have never been happier and neither has my wife. It has changed our lives. Still going strong in our 60's!

David39,
Could it possibly be porn induced ED. Mental stimulation that your brain gets from watching porn is totally different from what it gets during sex with your wife. My advice would be to stop watching any pornographic stimulation and abstain from sex for some time until your libido and stamina builds up and your brain and your body sinchronisingly want to get engaged in sexual activity.
Bifore my prostatectomy, I did not need any other stimulation then just looking at my wife or kissing her neck. She would feel my hard on right away. You guys are forcing erection while stimulating to much and to hard so you always need more and more stimulation to stay hard.
For religious reasons, my wife and I practice only traditional sex which means vaginal penetration and trusting until both of us climax. No oral, no manual stimulation, no sex toys, no porn etc.
Now, after RP I am 100% impotent which is iatrogenicaly induced, so I am living totally sexless life. Hope to find solution for the problem soon.

David; Before I started taking 2.5mg of Delatestryl every three weeks, I couldn't care if I ever had sex again. Now, when I go to the pet store, the fish stop swimming. :D
