I wouldn't be in favor of restricting posters to certain sub-forums and I doubt the Administrator is considering anything of the sort. However, I am in support of the proposed increased "housekeeping". I also have felt at times that the site was more geared towards bionics and wondered if there might be somewhere else more appropriate for those not ready for that journey. I do find the forum useful and appreciate the founder and administrator for his time and effort. I know of no other forums that serve the issues as well.

radiodec wrote:The problem with limiting the implant people to posting in implants only and not in other areas is that very often the newer implant people have significant experience with other treatments and have come to the implant at the end of a long road. To force this to contribute for implants only would be to waste their knowledge and experience.

For example I have 12 years experience with injections before they quit working. Only 4.5 with an implant and that needs work. I haven't forgotten all about the injections; like you can push the little short needle too deep and put a needle hole in your urethra. For me, no permanent damage just some hydrolyzed blood in my urine at a check up.

All of us with ED are on a journey, it is just that the ones that have taken the implant road can't change highways; there are no off ramps.

Yep, understood. I don't have all the answers. What I am suggesting is being able to post only in one subject (and all the little sub threads that go with it). David, with what I am suggesting, you would be able to pick your subject, lake maybe Injections. You would be able to read everything, but only post in YOUR CHOSEN subject. I don't even know if this software is able to do this. I'm quite sure if this is the answer. I'm certain it would fix some things but could create others...

I am co-moderator of the Yahoo Penile Implant group (the other moderator and owner needed computer-related skills), but that strictly is on implants, obviously. I appreciate FT's inclusion of all of the E.D. "solutions."

only post in YOUR CHOSEN subject

I'm not real certain there is a clear boundary between subjects. For example, a discussion about pumping before implant surgery is germane to both pumping and implants.

I like the way things are right now.

I like the way things are too but, there are others who do nothing but bitch constantly about their opinions and in which thread they post. If I had all the answers, I would be too busy to post here. I never have (and never will) complain or criticize anyone's choice of ED or PE treatment... mostly because I am busy focusing on my own issues and other peoples problems are really not my business. :)

Larry-well said. We need to respect each other. Our conditions are hard enough to face without more B.S.

Thanks Reggieman, I appreciate your remarks. When I first came on here in April, I loved this site. Other men were speaking `Frankly` about their ED and PE. As time passed there was more and more bitching about BS, like the size of Donnie`s dick, etc. Let`s pretend for a minute that he did exaggerate the ruler (which I don't, for one second believe that he did)... Other than his wife and his doctor, who in the hell cares. Why would anyone come on a support site and deliberately try to, publically, humiliate someone? A few times, I have asked questions, and the thread is so cluttered with bitching about another member, I have to re-ask it because it gets bumped down and lost in the shuffle. This site is so invaluable to us, the members, that this nonsense just forces people, with a lot of info to pass on, to just leave the group. To those members who are always angry or constantly bitching, you need to pat yourself on the back, because nobody else will. To those with all of this invaluable info for the newer members, please don't leave. If we just ignore the loud mouthed jerk-offs and refuse to reply to their BS, eventually the will get the message that they are no longer welcome here. Everyone have a great day :)

Well said Larry.
This site has been a tremendous help to me, and I just try to ignore all the BS. It gets in the way, sure. But BS gets in the way of everything else in life, too. Just the way it is.
The solution would be to bar mean people from the website. How would that work?
BTW, I'm only on day 3, and I love my new dick. Just wish it was not so painful. 8-)

Hope things get better for you soon. Use the frozen peas (or corn), it really does work.
