How Do I Use PT141 As a First Time User?

Trying to simplify. If you have a 100 Iu syringe and a 10mcg vial of PT 141 then fill the syringe and mix it in the vial. Then you will have 10 shots at .1
I would only start at .1

It’s like mixing HCG. If I have 500mg of HCG, and need 10 doses, I can add 1ml of water to mix, then pull 1/10th of the syringe for each dose.

If I added 2ml of water to mix, I’d pull 1/5th of the syringe for each dose.

Still confused as to why you used that amount to add to the HCG. If you have 500mg of HCG and mix 1ml of bac water that yields 1.5 ml in total. That means 150 mg per dose if you want 1/10th from it.

If you add 2ml that yields 2.5 ml in total. 1/5th per dose in the syringe is 500 mg.

The HCG will be very diluted going from 150mg to 500mg per dose.

Is this a personal amount?

The water dilutes the powder so fine it’s like cotton candy. You really only record about how much water is added when it’s first mixed.

So if you had 5 mg bottle of peptide, and your injection called for 1mg, you’d draw 1/5th of that water whether you added 1ml of water or 5ml of water.

I think your math is wrong. If you have 10mcg of pt141 and fill a 100 ui syringe with it and bac water, for 10 shots, each shot will have 1mcg, not 0.1mcg.

So if the concentration of your reconstituted PT-141 was 1mg/ml and you wanted to try a 0.5mg dose you would take the dose you want (0.5mg) and divide it by the concentration (1mg/ml) which equals 0.5ml. So you would inject 0.5ml into the fatty tissue of your belly.

Right, so for a 0.5mg/ml dose, I'd take 10mg of PT-141 and add 20ml of solution. The concentration is 10mg divided by 20ml = 0.5mg/ml.

I just tried PT-141 for the first time. My experience was less than i was hopeing for. I mixed 2ml sterile water into 20mg bottle of the dry powder. Both my wife and i tried it. We did 1 unit on a diabetic syringe. No nausea or headaches. Felt flushing for a while. I had some what of an erection but not enough for penetration. I then tried 2 units similar effects. Then went to 2.5 and still no good erections. The wife did feel some tingling and was able to have and orgasm a little easier. I am a Trimix user with great success. I only use 1 unit and will have an erection that lasts 4 to 6 hours. Im going. To try a different source of PT 141 and see f that makes any difference. I have seen where you do not want to shake the bottle to mix and i have found that I need to control injecting the vile with the water product so it doesn’t rush in. I’ve read that can ruin the peptide.

Those medication alter the behavior of the blood vessels in the penis to make it easier for blood to flow in or harder for it to flow out.

More blood in than out? Erection.

PT-141 acts on the central nervous system to make you hornier. It might help erection a bit, but the fact that it didn’t get you hard enough for penetration doesn’t mean it didn’t work well. It means you were asking it to do things it’s not really made to do.

Try some PT-141 and take a Trimix shot and see what that does for you.

I think he was saying that you shouldn't vigorously shake the water+powder mix because that harms the peptides. Just mix gently.

Having said that, though, you can get it in a pre-mixed solution from a compounding pharmacy.

ok I just ordered the medication and will try it out. Anyone know how long the bottle is good for after you mix the water in? I'm assuming I'll keep it in the fridge after I mix it, but wondering when it needs to be thrown out

I did as you suggested and was much happier with the results! The level of Libido was vey high. I could get some instant erections for a while after cumming.
