in the mean time try cock rings . they do what your veins are supposed to do . they hold the blood in . im 64 and that is becoming my issue in the last 6 months .the rings work for me .
i also take supplements for sexual health . if i get a implant ill stop most of those but for now they help.

what supplements to take? and grades that improved anything? I've tried rings, but they only work if they're very tight.

I have gotten benefit from 5mg daily cialis. I get better spontaneous erections and my erections are former overall as well.
57yo, NYC. ED started at 40. Pills, then shots for 10 years. 24cm Coloplast Titan XL w/classic pump by Dr Eid 3/25/2025. Will meet for show & tell.
