I had a prostatectomy in December, and while I'm dealing with the ED -- it's getting some better, thanks, -- I've been jacking off since the day after the catheter came out. Dry, of course. I'd sure like to know what to call it when I ejaculate. Well, would ejaculation be right, since nothing comes out? Back in the olden days, I'd just have said cum, but that doesn't quite hold true, either. And climax and orgasm sound too much like women's magazine talk. So what the hell do I call it when I have a good time? Damned if I know.

Dry orgasm is used quite often on penis enlargement sites. However, if you object to the word orgasm, you could use dry ejaculation.

Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

Dry orgasm would be the correct term.
