Have any of you been prescribed greater than 100 mg Sildenafil? Or tried more without a prescription? Was it more effective? With cialis to help?
My Dr said 20mg Cialis plus 100mg sildenafil(Viagra). Works unreliably, but ok w firmtech ring.
Trimix next step most likely.

61. ED ten years. 25 Sildenafil used to work great. Now 100 Sildenafil + 25 Tadalafil only ok. 5-7 days a week. Tried Firmtech cockring which helps some. Going to ask for script for Trimix.

My ED journey began following a prostatectomy in October 2018. I was given a prescription for Sildenafil and advised to take 20mg each night to prevent atrophy and encourage nocturnal erection. Doctor suggested 5x20 (100mg) for PIV sex. Never accomplished the desired outcome with 100mg dose.
In May 2019 my frustration with no sex (with the desire) hit the tipping point. My Urologist prescribed Trimix and "heaven on earth" returned. About 15 units and I was good to go. Just an unbelievable feeling to be hard again.
Fast forward to the present. I still use Trimix, less frequently (not my choice) -- and it is effective. I continued to take the 20mg of Sildenafil at night, but not religiously. A few months ago there was a miscommunication between the Urologist and the Costco Pharmacy -- I now get 100 tablets of 100mg Sildenafil. I bite off a piece of the 100mg tablet and have noticed a stronger response lately. You have inspired me to swallow the entire 100mg pill and see what happens.
