We reviewed and discussed my medical records and we both decided on implant surgery. I am now scheduled for surgery some time in Jan. 2027. His office will research my insurance (federal BCBS) and Medicare. They will schedule and contact me with a date in Jan. Just happy together the ball rolling so to speak.

So when you injected Trimix how many units did you inject with the needle ?

Trimix was never offered. I have read about it here on FT. I’m not very impressed with my Uro Dr. He talks a good game but in my opinion has failed to del8ver. I did try intrauretheral bimix injection that he recommended. Did not go well. I struggle with my memory and am easily confused and forgetful due to my TBI injury back in 2012. My wife assisted on first application of bimix. Did get an erection around time 40 min after injecting entire 1 ml sample. Was not able to attempt PIV due to wife recovering from shoulder surgery. 2nd attempt I did it solo and failed miserably. I suggested Trimix on telemedicine conference but Uro Dr. recommended IPP implant instead. I can bring this up with Dr. Kramer when I am on my first face to face visit. Not scheduled yet. If I remember correctly my first telemedicine visit was on Sept. 3 or there abouts. Need to check my daily diary. So for now standing by…..

I did check my IPad diary and first visit with Dr. Kramer was Sept. 3 via telephone. So for now am awaiting further instructions. This tough due to my TBI.

HLB, I skipped everything after Viagra and Cialis stopped working.
Thankfully my military urologist doctor didn’t try to convince me to use Tri-mix.
I had went to see him about prostrate problems and I ended up pouring out my heart about sexual problems on a questionnaire they gave me before my appointment, after the appointment about my prostrate and scheduling a Rezum procedure to reduce the size of my benign enlarged prostrate, they brought me a a iPad with a video about a permanent cure for ED. It was a lot to take in but I was on board and I wanted to move forward.
I had to do the prostrate procedure first and heal from it.
I got my AMS 700 LGX 6 months after the prostrate procedure Nov 5th 2021 during COVID.
I’m soooooo happy I did, I was 63.
HLB, I think you have a lot of good sex life ahead of you.
If mine breaks, I’m definitely going to get a revision.

I hope I’ve helped you a little bit

Sworks, thanks for your response. I agree that I have a lot of sex to look forward too. My wife and I have become intimate (oral or hand job) many times maybe a dozen or two dozen times. I love my wife, she is 13 years younger. My wife and I visited my foot Dr. today and my updated A1 C is now 5.7 down from 6.1. It was down at 6.1 for so many months that my GP doctor said to use that number for a base line. Then I hit a new low of 5.7. Guess my daily time on tread mill is working. Do a mile a day on treadmill. I am anxiously awaiting further instructions from Dr. Kramer. My wife says that with a tentative procedure sometime in January that I probably won’t hear much from Dr. Kramer. Maybe 30 days prior to surgery that is not even scheduled yet. I was hoping to hear from Dr. Kramer patients but so far nothing. Maybe I’m not posting this incorrectly and nobody can see it. So I continue to wait but hope I am doing all that I can.
