Are there therapies to regenerate nerves in the penis?
I had a physical injury from last year on my penis which affected my penis' sexual sensitivity. I don't feel numb to the touch but I do feel less sexual sensitivity which means that my nerves was negatively affected. Are there any treatments/ therapies to revive or regenerate these nerves?

I've tried vibration (PVS), eStim and shockwave. I didn't detect any improvement with a eStem but I did with shockwave. I've responded more fully in your post in the shockwave forum. The vibration may be helping; hard to say.
To treat general anorgasmia, not necessarily nerve-related, I've tried various prescription drugs (see my sig). Again, hard to say if they work.

When it comes to anorgasmia, which meds in your signature helped with that?
How much did they help btw?

Short answer is that I don't know, which is why I try anything and everything.
I know the Cabergoline performs its intended purpose of lowering prolactin. That, in turn, is supposed to make climax easier. I suspect it helps on the margins but it is not a miracle drug.
I don't notice much with the Bupropion but I keep taking it. No reason not to. I've been doing better since I started Buspirone so I tend toward crediting ît with helping.
PT-141 (a/k/a Vyleesi, a/k/a Bremelanotide) has occasionally been a clear difference-maker but I am keeping away from it for now. I would return to it if my situation turned more desperate. It can be a little upsetting to the stomach and I found that the time to be effective was variable from 1 hour to 8 hours.
