I battled sexual performance anxiety for many years. A few tips:
a) Knowledge is power, the more you know about sex, the less stressful it will be. Read books, talk to doctors and other patients.
b) I used to take a natural supplement called Seredyn, just before sex; I'm not sure if it still exists.
c) Anxiety is a perfectly normal biological reaction. You are not sick, you just need to control your stress levels.
d) Oral phentolamine was also helpful in my case, it blocks sympathetic action in the penis and improves erections.
Are there any anxiety meds for psychological Ed?

Have you ever looked into peptides like PT-141, or has it mostly been the standard pharmacy stuff so far?
Ive not been able to find a safe place to get this from. I am concerned about side effects as I am on so much medication that affects my BP and I read that Pt141 can affect BP?
Where would you even start to get it in the UK safely and can it be bought as a spray rather than injections?
Thanks.

Psych ED since forever less problems being erect alone.
3 kids. Long term partner.
CPPS pudendal neuralgia and muscle tightness in late 2023 making ED worse.
Cialis no longer works. Sildenafil 100mg with diazepam works some of the time.
