Inflammation in my penis

Hi I have an inflammation in my penis it’s not phimosis or balenitis
I’ve been to numerous Urologists they can’t help me
has anyone ever had this condition or have any possible solutions
I have a forskin
I have been dealing with it for about 3 years now
Any suggestions would help

More info is needed. What did the doctors tell you? Is it painful? Could it be an STI?
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
