Hi all,
I’ve posted before about my RP related ED and that I am slowly, ever so slowly getting the ability to get a natural erection again. With some consistency, I am now able to have PIV sex with a cock ring, no VED, no pills or injections. Sometimes it’s barely hard enough to get it in, but once I do, it stiffens up enough for a fairly decent ride to my destination.
I’ve done some research about PT-141 and wonder if I could benefit from it. Since I had my prostate removed, I don’t get the same powerful urge to have sex like I used to and would like to give this drug a try.
I know it’s always best to work through my Dr on these kinda things, but wondered if I could just order it (PT-141) off the internet/web?
Anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks,
RJ

Re: PT-141 How does one get it?
I've purchased it three different ways. 1) through shady but probably ok Internet dealers, 2) compounding pharmacies, 3) as the FDA-approved version branded Vyleesi. The latter is in 1.75 mg prefilled pens that (as of late 2024) were about $140 for three.
#1 is easy to find. #2 is probably the best compromise between cost and safety/quality. I looked but couldn't find my records to say who I bought it from. I'd suggest spending the money and getting an Rx and buying the first batch as Vyleesi just to be sure you are getting the right product for initial evaluation. If it works, then try the cheaper alternatives to see if they are as good.
