Thanks AL. Well things have changed as of today. My wife ,L was changing bed sheets when I made a comment of hoping on the fresh sheets and letting me make love to her. She replied kind of frustrated,‘don’t you get it? I have no desire to have sex with you ever again’. I find it rather ironic that she told me not to dwell on the past, but to focus on the now and the future. But she sure brings up the past 13 years with out hesitancy when it suits her state of mind. I have no desire to leave her, but i told her that i could not endure a sexless marriage. Her response was many marriages are sexless and endure.
So as of this moment she is going to contact Dr. R in regards to marriage counselor and if no joy with him she will try to set up a counselor thru her/our insurance co. In the mean time i head in for a brain scan MRI on Monday.

She is wIlling to go to a marriage counselor, we just have to find one that deals with traumatic brain injury clients with limited memory.

Thanks Al. Just spent 30 min with wife discussing my entry in daily diary where I review info constantly. Her response was ‘not now’ instead of ‘no I never want to have sex with you again ever’. Oh boy, I really messed that up. My memory is not so good. I often don’t record things accurately. I really value her discussing things with me and getting them accurately entered into diary. She did mention how the diary entries made her look and sound like a b**ch. I’m not an innocent victim. I just don’t accurately recall them. Just hope we can get to a marriage counselor soon. The saga continues.

So we had an initial interview with what we thought was a couples marriage counselor.. turns out counselor was just for me,not a couple. Wife sat in on interview because she has all the meds i take on her IPhone. So I wound up being entered into the system and set up a solo session on April 21. Kind of disappointed because we thought it was for a couple. The saga continues.

There are some things a woman can't understand, including a man's love of his dick.
Like someone else said, it is probably not good to tell her that you watched porn or
masturbated. You could mention that you realized that you can get an erection now
if you get a good time to do it and you want to start a conversation about having sex.
But if you know that she is not interested, just do the physical stuff for the time
being and maybe you will get an erection and can bring it into the conversion/situation.
