Viagra mostly stopped working after 5 years, which led me to question my nitrous oxide response. Obviously Viagra effects the entire body. Is it possible that long-term use could down regulate my natural nitrous oxide response permenantly and thats why it stopped working.
Why does it stop working and does using it change my body in permenant ways?
Does regulator Viagra use cause damage?

Viagra or other ED pills do not stop working. It is your body that is getting older and your ED is getting worse.
65 yrs, had venous leak all my life, sildenafil and other pills don't work anymore properly, using Caverject with pills.

Viagra is a terrible drug to take and I have been saying this for at least 15 years. Its side effects are really severe.
I used Levitra and Cialis until they stopped working. Now i am on Trimix and it works like a charm. Wish I had started with it years ago.
Also use Melanotan 2 and PT -141 for extra fun. Just starting a real experiment with Kisspeptiin 10. Will post on the results soon

Mazzio is correct. Your ED just finally got worse that what pills could overcome. I think viagra only worked for me a few times. ED wins in the drug battle. It just takes longer for some than others.

I hear what you are saying, and its the same thing everyone says, maybe its correct but i think that is wrong. Im starting to believe that regular sildenifil uses causes ED through some down regulation or response to nitric Oxide overload. The reason why everyone repeats the same mantra that if it stops working its because your ed got worse is because if we recognized that viagra causes ed then we wouldn't have it as a solution anymore.
The reason i say this is because my ed is cause either by hormone issues or neurological issues. I went from perfect function to zero libido in 1 day. Zero libido resulted in a functional but uninterested dick. Viagra was an amazing solution for 5 years. 25 mg initially was almost too much. Now 100mg combined with 40mg cialis only works sometimes. My dick didn't get vascular issues overnight actually, the viagra probably helped to maintain healthy function. But the idea that its not working now is a clue. The answer to that clue is likley that my system has down regulated my response to nitric oxide in my entire body as a side effect if viagra use. Its most noticeable in my dick but it effects my muscles as well. I dont know yet if its reversable but i expect not to the extent i would hope it is. Either way, the truth is that viagra use can and does result in a less responsive dick. I'm not trying to start an argument, i realize this goes against the convention wisdom but if I was wrong then why is it not working if my ed is caused only by lack of libido and not a lack of function. AI tells me its because my libido is worse now and the signal it sends has degraded resulting in less NO released but from my experience the signal has been zero the entire time. If anything the signal should have improved with regular reinforcement through chemical work arounds. So here I am wondering if i now have 2 problems. A total lack of libido and my 5 year bandaid resulted ironically in actual physical ed. I hope I'm wrong, please set me straight.
The other proof I have that viagra actually did stop working is that i do not flush like i used to. I used to be self conscious about how red in the face it would make me and i could feel it working. I literally can't feel any effects anymore and when it works I'm suprised because the rest of my body gave me no indication of the drugs presence in my body. So did my entire vascular system also get worse randomly? Seems more likley that the common knowledge on these drugs is wrong and their use comes at a high price.

Can you share with us what led you to that conclusion? I spend a fair bit of time on the implant section of this site and it seems every one of those guys started with pills unless they had venous leak and eventually the pills stopped working. Maybe we dont hear from all the guys who use viagra just fine for 40 years without issue but I'm very suspicious that viagra causes ed even though saying that is very unpopular.
